What is meant by allied health?
Allied health is a term given to university qualified health professionals, in a broad range of health professions, who often work in a multi-disciplinary team to get best results for a client or group. They also benefit from working under a national professional organisation with a code of ethics/conduct and clearly defined membership requirements.
