We provide a range of services to support people with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals. Our services include:
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION & SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT
Social activities, movies, sports, exercise, excursions, meet-ups.
PERSONAL / SELF CARE
Showering, transport, dressing, personal grooming, assisting with mobility, meal prep, shopping.
DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE
Gardening, cleaning, home organisation.
MEDICATION
Help with scheduling and reminders when taking your medications.
